I bought this last minute for Halloween, and I couldn't have been happier with it. My son is a thin 3T and the costume fit well with a t shirt and light pants underneath (it was cool on Halloween night). My only one remark, and it's something small, is that the doctor bag does not open very far. I was hoping he could use it as his trick or treat bag, but it barely opened. I cut open the top seams and it worked ok; I just wish I didn't have to do that. My son received LOTS of complements on his outfit. All in all it was a great pick.
