This costume is VERY cute, but the material is kind of thin (as are most costumes). My daughter wore an extra shirt under the dress, because she was too cold with just the costume. However, when she did this, the costume became tight. If you plan on having a child wear this in colder weather, I would recommend ordering a size larger, so additional clothes will fit underneath. this was a very sweet costume. the quality is OK for a Halloween costume but can't see it lasting through a few big parties or for the next Halloween. Got lots of compliments on it and it looks darling on. I just wish it came with antennas. (Had to make my own) Also, my only complaint is that the adorable wings are held on with a little strip of Velcro so I had to pin it on to hold in place. I purchased this kitty costume for my five-year-old to wear today for Halloween. When we took it out of the package, the maribou was already coming off the neckline, so I glued it back on using fabric glue. She wore the costume to pre-school this morning, and when I went to see her in their Halloween parade a couple of hours later, the maribou on the arms, legs and neckline was hanging by one thread, literally. Her teacher had tried to staple the maribou back on for the parade, but there was just too much maribou to staple. Only the tail remained intact. My little girl is not rambunctious, and they had not gone outside to play; the costume was just very poorly made. I am so disappointed with this costume. My daughter won't be wearing it tonight for trick-or-treating because I don't have time to glue or sew on all of the maribou. This is a lousy product, of very poor quality, and I have one very disappointed kid.it's cute, but

I got this for my daughter for her 2nd birhtday. I had a hard time finding sizing info online and went with 2T. The package says 1-2T, which means this won't fit her for very long. But maybe she'll get tired of the Doodlebops before she outgrows it. If buying for a 2 year old, I'd suggest getting the 3T/4T size if you want them to have a while to wear it. my goodness the quality of this is poor. we ordered 2 sizes up so my daughter could *potentially* wear it for a couple years but it's ripped at multiple seams after wearing only twice. YES seams, as in plural, as in at least 5 different seams! no joke, and i would classify it as fairly light play she was engaged in both times. she has most of the princess costumes and they've lasted fairly long with only a ripped seam here or there every once in a while so i was unpleasantly surprised with this one. it's a good thing i have a sewing machine and was able to re-stitch all the seams but i don't have high hopes for it lasting long. hopefully it will keep until at least halloween....Bummer
My daughter was super excited to get this, as she is having a theme Birthday party. Costume came ripped. While this happens, it was a pretty significant rip. Should have been caught by the manufacturer before going out.cheaply made

This costume is as beautiful in person as it is online. My only suggestion is make sure to think about the size of your baby ahead of time. I bought the 3 month outfit because my son is 3 months old, but he is a bit bigger for his age. But, I thought 6 months would be too big! So, it would just be easier for customers to have the height and weight limits listed on the page. My son is 25 inches long and 15 pounds and it is snug on him. Hope that helps if you are trying to guess how big you will need your costume to be. Item shipped to me very quickly and I was very pleased with everything else! Great item!Sooooo cute!

There are so many Tinkerbell costumes to choose from that it's hard to find one that really LOOKS like Tinkerbell. In my opinion, this one looks the closest to the real thing.
The wings took a bit of finagling to get them to stay upright, but we found that safety pinning them to the back of the costume did the trick. This made bathroom trips somewhat of a problem, but our daughter certainly was a cute Tinkerbell!Not quite what we expected
The costume is cute but the material is extremely thin. If it is a cold Halloween-she will be uncomfortable. The wings will need some help to stay up and the wand (although it says is included) was not included. We are awaiting a reply from the company about this issue. The costume is the closest to the real thing though. Unless we get the wand shipped to us, the cost if this costume with its high shipping cost did not make it worth getting the costume. This is a very cute kitten costume. I do have one warning though. The sizes run very small. My daughter is 3 and is transitioning from 3T to 4T right now. I bought the 3T/4T size and it is entirely too small. It is made of a stretchy material which is fine, but it hangs like high-waters because their are no stirrups to pull the legs down. The feathers do tend to fall off everywhere and are not sewn completely to the costume.
To summarize:
Pros: Cute, soft, inexpensive, adequate for 1-2 uses
Cons: Too small, kind of cheaply made, suggest stitching the tail to the costume (the velcro is not too strong).Halloween Costume

This looks way cuter in the photo than in reality, but that's to be expected. The hat was just ridiculous. Although its shape appears a bit off in the photo, it's amazing they got it to look that good considering what it is. It arrives totally flat, folded in a rounded triangular shape. You can try to form it into a shape resembling a cowboy hat, but it never comes close and certainly doesn't hold a shape. Thankfully, my daughter had a cute authentic pink cowgirl hat, so we just threw out the included "hat." The dress is pretty darn cute for a costume, with expected costume quality and appearance, but note that it does run quite small. My daughter is a tall 3T, but 4T clothes are still significantly too big for her. This dress is adorable & my daughter loved being Minnie for Halloween! Unfortunately right after I opened it and told her to be careful with the headband, I proceeded to snap it in half trying to center the bow. I had to buy another pair of more durable ears & sew the bow on. We decided to wash this on delicate with another costume b/c they were a mess after the candy & Halloween party and it held up great and will be very fun for dress up now. Also the 2T size fit her well, she was around a 24M-2T size at the time she wore it for Halloween.My daughter loved it!
My 4 year old daughter still uses this costume today. Its a lot of fun. She used it to the parade. People thought it was cute. Around the bicep cuffs, its a little tight.
