It's cute but seems to run small. My daughter got it last year for Christmas when she was 5 and she's pretty tiny and I thought it was short then. Being that it's a mermaid I thought it would be long (around her feet) but the tail goes to the back of her knee. She doesn't use it much for that reason.Mermaid costume
This costume was purchased for Halloween for a 4-year-old. It is pretty, but did not fit very well. Once I altered it to fit, it looked all right, but the tail just got in the way and the skirt part was not very flattering. This company sells poor quality defective merchandise and then refuses to exchange it. They have a poor policy that states you must return it or exchange it right away. Well, the first time you use something or put it on may not be the day you receive it. These pom poms were taken out of the box in shambles!!! They were one big mess and not usable as soon as my daughter shook them once. When I contacted the seller, they refused to do anything except offer a sad 10% discount to buy a new set of pom poms from them. Well, not acceptable!! Maybe they should not sell poor quality and then expect consumers to not complain loudly!! This company should not be on AMAZON. Look elsewhere, trust me!! It is exactly what I expected. It is plastic. It leaves pieces everywhere. That being said my daughter loves to play with it. She cheers with it all over the house.Ok but not made very well
