I bought this outfit for a themed work party. I bought a small/med and it fits perfect. The fabric snags easily but for the price it's no big deal. It says it's a dress but there's no way it would be long enough to wear with out tights, which I paired with some neon pink tights and white gogo boots. It was a huge hit!
