My 2 1/2 yr old son LOVES the costume. Like previous reviewers, I find the snaps are ready to break, so I am very careful not to put a hole in the material, which seems like it could happen very easily if I just pulled them apart normally. Instead, I wedge my nail between the snap and very gnetly pry each one open. Other than that, the quality of the costume is fine. The fleece is soft and my son doesn't complain about it "bothering" him, so I guess it's not itchy inside.
My biggest concerns is the sizing. My son is barely into a 24 Mos/ 2T size. Most of his 2T pants are really big, but the 18 month size tends to be just a hair snug on him (he still wears Old Navy and Gap size 18-24 mos if that gives you a size scale.) When I saw this costume in size 2-4, I thought it would be perfect for him, this is NOT a toddler size 2T - 4T! Truly it fits more like 12-18 months. The head piece is so small it barely snaps under his chin and is so stretched your can barely see...

I bought this costume only few days before Halloween, and I got it the day of. So, I was really happy. When I opened it up and tried it on my son, it fit him perfect. He is 11 months. It looked really cute. Best thing was it was little loosey, so I put this outfit over his thermal clothes, and it's fleecy material was cozy too.
The only bad thing was that my son didn't keep the headpiece on :(
Other than that, quality, durablity and wearability was really good. I am saving his first Halloween outfit.!
