I ordered two kangaroo costumes, one in baby size 12-18 months, the other in toddler size 2t-4t. The toddler costume was twice the price of the baby costume. When the costumes arrived they were in packaging which stated the correct sizes but neither costume is even close to the sizes ordered, and in fact the two costume are identical, size 'medium'. This 'medium' is ridiculously large for a baby, and entirely too small for a toddler. I contacted the seller for a return but did not receive a response. I did not get a response to a follow-up message either.
I am very angry. The items I ordered are not even close to the ones I received. The two 'different' sizes are identical, and I paid two times the price for the toddler costume. I also paid to ship these items. Your seller has committed fraud. And I am furious that the seller has not responded.
