Worked great for us!
We ordered this for Halloween. The whole family was doing a Star-Wars theme. We ordered the Infant size for our 9 month old who is 24lbs and in the 95% for height as well (big) and it fit very well. It was cold, so the hood was fine once he was distracted. Otherwise, the hood was a little unreasonable for a child around 1 year. He did get good at pulling it off, but we could distract him long enough to get some good photos! If I had more time I may have made it more of a hood with a wider face hole (just an FYI). The body suit was fine- like a full pant and full sleeved onesie.
Overall, it was pretty cute for the price and we had fun with it.

wasnt expecting much
after reading many reviews i decided to order this product early to ensure i had enough time to fix any problem before halloween. many of the reviews said sizes were wrong this was not the case for us. the costume for the most part fits and i would be able to place warm under clothes on him, the legs are a little short no big deal nothing cutting the elastic and some brown pants wont fix. its made out of a thin fleece and looks comfy other than the tight elastic around the arms and legs. My real disappointment is the head piece the back is short it doesn't even come over my sons shoulders on one side making it lopsided and he does not like it on his neck. its frustrating that theirs a lack of material how can i fix what isnt there? the hole to his face is a little small as well and the ears on the picture are most definitely not right there not nearly as fluffy.

Not high quality, or mid level quality
Just a standard costume in a bag, but the one we got was poorly cut fabric, and overall pretty horrible. Even at $20 it's not worth anything.
