Ordered this for my 18 month old, and he is definitely a little long for his age, but it fit great. He made the cutest penguin ever!

This was my son's first Halloween costume. It's adorable plus nice and cozy warm (although that was a bad thing this year since it was 70 degrees for trick or treat). I couldn't ask for more for $10. Snaps on the legs make for easy diaper changes too. Chin strap is a little tight.
