My son wore this for his first Halloween @ 10 months. We got a lot of compliments. We live in a tropical area where it's warm and humid all year around so the material was perfect almost a linen type. Overall we were satisfied.
Super cute and the hat is of better quality than expected
We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hat part. It was sturdy and held its shape without any work on our part, and tying it on was easy, even with baby moving around.
My only gripe with the outfit is that the jacket lacks any buttons/velcro or general means of closure. Since our 11 month old is generally adverse to clothing, it was difficult to keep it on him. It is an easy fix though, and we promptly sewed a button onto the jacket and the problem was solved.
We got a ton of compliments on the costume and it wasn't too hot for the baby. We live in Florida and most costumes are just too warm.
I would recommend this costume, but be prepared to either attach a button or velcro to the jacket.
