My sister ordered this costume for her little girl (19 mos, wearing 18 mos clothing currently). It took a long time before it was delivered and when it did show up it was way too small. It states that it should fit a 20- 26 lb child. She weighs 24 lbs, but this costume wouldn't even fit over her head. It also looked to be very short. Now a week away from Halloween my sister is wondering what she's going to do for a costume for her little one.
