The product itself is cheap but figured it was Halloween and you buy cheap stuff for inflated prices and you make it work only it didn't work. The outfit is the fact that it lights up and has a wand that lights up, if it doesn't light up, it is just another witch costume. So it did not light up and the wand didn't work as well. Then bought it from 7th Avenue and they don't take returns. Not a happy camper.
