i'm glad i ordered larger than needed. it worked out to put clothes under it. the ears don't really stand up but look cute.
Too small
First I want to say that customer service was excellent.
I ordered a size 8-10 thinking my granddaughter who wears a size 8 could wear this next year as well. When she tried it on, it was already too small and she could only wear it for a quick picture. The arms were at her elbows, the legs were at her knees and we couldn't even close the back. At first I thought that they had shipped the wrong size but it said 8-10. All other size 8 clothing fits her so not sure why this was so small.
Arrived dirty
Got this out of the bag with a big stain on the ears. It also had no return info what so ever. Luckily my son didn't care for the head piece, and decided to just wear bunny ears that I bought somewhere else.
