Wanted to get a nice, inexpensive costume for our newborn's first Halloween. This one seemed like the best looking and most affordable of all the options for the really young babies. It may not be as fancy and "menacing" as som of the other "cool" costumes that we've come across, but for us that was a plus. We still wanted our boy to look like a normal baby.
The fabric for this costume is just OK - it is kind of chape-looking and not particularly appealing. However, it was relatively easy to put on, and our baby was definitely comfortable. The costume provided for one really priceless photo opportunity, and we are really glad that we got it.
Impressive quality
I honestly had very low expectations for this costume, but my older son wanted his newborn brother to have a costume for Halloween. When we got it, I was shocked by the quality. The Batman logo is actually stitched on, and the felt is thicker than I would have expected. My son wore this at only 3 weeks old, but it would easily fit a baby up to 6 months or so.
