We would have already returned this costume if the week of Halloween hadn't been so crazy. But we do intend to return it (if they'll still take the return).
It was too small for our daughter, who is EXACTLY the size that is listed on the packaging. She's a 24 months/2T in all of her clothes. But this was too tight in the waist and too short in the torso. As a result, when she tried it on, it was too uncomfortably tight for her to wear AND didn't really cover her bottom (unlike the photo, which shows the draping on the skirt reaching almost to the knee). What they say is a 2T is really more like an 18 month size.

My 16-month old daughter is very tall for her age so this costume was a but small (the tutu kept riding up), but the weird thing was the straps would always fall from her shoulders... So although I kept adjusting it before all the pics, it was really cute and the best part is that she loved it!! I wish it came with the tights. I found some tights and leg warmers that looked perfect but it was more time and money. It's really great overall.
