I ordered this for my 3 1/2 year old who is in a 4T, the size said 3T-4T, but the top is really tight and she is a very petite child. 3'3 1/2" tall and 34lbs. and again, the top part is tight around her chest. Cute outfit though.
Halloween costume
Bought this for my daughter (2yr 4 mo. old) to wear for Halloween 2012, she loved the thing. Had a party day before Halloween and then actual day for trick or treating. Since then I have let her play dressup with it. It started fraying and one of the seams on the skirt came apart. but she still loves it. The wand broke on Halloween (not very durable, the ribbons on the end are not fastened to the hard plastic wand very well) The headband was hard to keep on her head didn't fit very well, that just broke last week.
Very nice.
The costume looks exactly as described. Wish the matching shoes came with it... other than that well worth the money.
