I bought this for an 80's party in black. The photo makes it look nicer than it actually is. Where the crinoline is tiered it is sewn badly so that it looks lumpy and bunched up in a couple of places and doesn't hang nice and crisp and straight like the photo. Also, it looks knee length in the photo and it really isn't. I'm 5'5" and it came several inches above my knee. And I had to wear a slip under it because it was too sheer. It worked fine for the party but it was priced a little high for a very cheaply made product.
