The Guild - Codex Costume B006ZCVU9C

The Guild - Codex Costume (Medium) (Medium) - 2.5 out of 5 stars from 2 customer reviews

Pretty good replica, but you'll need a few things not included.
I bought this from the Halloween Store online a few years back, when "Do You Want to Date My Avatar" song first came out.
The dress is quite short, as pictured so make sure to get yourself some booty shorts to wear underneath as it is a bit sheer. (The website suggested them but were not included, and I'm glad I got them!) It is made quite well as the gold trim is actually sewn on, and not just hot glued. The corset is Velcro in back so it cannot be adjusted. The shoulder pads are part of the dress and made of foam or cardboard, so it's probably spot wash or dry clean only. The knee pads and leg wraps are separate pieces. The knee pads are not padded, and the leg wraps are just long pieces of brown vinyl. You can wrap them however you want. The arm bands are gold wrapped cotton twine. I found them a little itchy, but not unwearable by any means. The gauntlets are pretty comfortable, and made with the same gold cotton twine. The headband was pretty cute too, and stretchy...

Make your own!
The quality on this is so bad it is basically unwearable. The "corset" is flimsy fabric closed with velcro and bunches horribly. The dress itself is borderline see-through. I knee braces are glorified scrunchies and I have no idea how to get the crossed shoe effect with the fake leather strips without them falling down as soon as you walk. Don't do it.
