The Annie Oakley costume is like a Pizza commercial on TV; not exacly what it's pictured to be. The fringe trim is made of plastic and it curls in a wadded fashion that you just have to go with. The dress material is clinging and not flattering. I wore it with a brown linen skirt over it to compensate. The costume is instantly recognizable and accurate enough to work with to acheive the purpose. I would give it a B.
