This gown is nicely made, considering it is a costume. I am a seamstress, so I will add a few things with a bit more color.
I don't care for the plastic vine that is attached at the neckline, but adding some silk asters should work to brighten this up a bit.
I will also add more of the dangling tulle strips of flowing fabric, but in pastel and primary colors.
Mother Nature should add brightness and color everywhere she goes!
Not so plus size
It did not fit as expected. I bought this for my wife. She is a size 18, but it is tight around her shoulder.
Not like the picture
Costume served it's purpose but the fabric and colors are drastically different from the picture. The bodice is different, the skirt is different. It was a great deal since I had points that I used against it so it cost me less than $20. I am a full figured woman and it fit me nicely- 5'10" 200lbs with a butt like JLo. The zipper got a little stuck the first time I tried to zipper it up. I don;t regret buying it tough. It is a very nice and modest Halloween outfit.
