It's a great costume. I'm 5'3 and the skirt was not too long or too short. The petticoat which is sold separately is a nice bonus but not needed to make the costume cute.
Fits to size.
The choker is of a small gold heart, not a small silver bell as pictured, but that wasn't that important to me.

I ordered the extra small for my daughter. She wears a size 0 in pants and a size 2 in dresses. It fits purfectly and looks adorable. I just wish the socks and pink petticoat would have been included.
