I had to buy more ruffles and sew them on myself, the skirt was pretty limp, so if you don't mind adding to it and you know how to sew a little, it will work.
Excellent costume
Loved my costume choice. Dress was a great fit and the fabric was comfortable. I'm big on the feel of material and costumes can be tricky. This one was great and even the neck piece fit so well I forgot I was wearing it.
