We decided to dress for halloween last year in 50's wear.
This dress fit the bill without breaking the bank.
I'm giving it 4 stars because I did have to have some minor work done to
keep the feathery decoration around the neck from falling off. It looks nice
and is a good buy for this type of costume.
Be sure to dry clean it - do not hand wash or machine wash.
