The previous review was correct in describing the Tutu. I must say I am slightly disappointed. The picture shows a full tutu but the one I received seemed a little sparse. It could definitely use some more tulle to make it fuller like the photo describes. Also there isn't a waistband, just a thick string that the tulle is attached to. I thought about returning it but I'm just wearing it for a halloween event so it's not too important. Plus I might just add some tulle myself to make the tutu fuller.
Awful. Just Awful.
This isn't really a tutu at all. It's a length of elastic which has organza strips tied around it. It resembles a black and red streaky luau skirt, nothing at all like it looks or is described in the item description. I might return it or just spend the next couple of hours puffing it up to look right. NOT worth the price at all.
