Adequate, but not as expected
These gloves are for women with small to medium sized hands ONLY. If you have large hands, you'll be able to sorta wear these, but they'll slowly creep off your hands and down your arms. There's some give in the fabric, but no stretching these out enough to make these work for more than one evening really (if you can accept constantly pulling them back up and that some stitching will go eventually). If you are the heavier type, I imagine that they'll creep down the arms quite easily since the arms run a bit small (in proportion with the hands). They are somewhat warm at least.

Also, no, they will NOT go over the elbow and a couple inches beyond unless you are on the short side. To the elbow and maybe just over that, yes, but that's it.

BTW, these are made of softly crushed velvet, not regular velvet or "normal" crushed velvet, so if you want that deep soft black of uncrushed velvet, these aren't for you.

Okay if you have small hands and aren't picky
These gloves will not fit you well if you have reasonably long thumbs. The fingers fit okay otherwise, but the thumb was too short for me which made the overall fit awkward. The fabric was okay, but I didn't care for the quality of the sewing. The fingers are strangely pointed at the ends. Probably fine if you're not picky and have short thumbs. :-)

Nice quality
Very quick ship. Nice quality gloves. They suited their prrpose for what I'd intended. Yes, I would probably buy another pair.
