The costume was just as described and all 3 pieces were included; dress, socks, and whistle. It fit like a charm, but I suggest trying on the sizes at a store prior, even if its not the exact same costume, but at least the same brand, so you know which one to select. My only concern was shipping. The company said 3-5 days for the item, however amazon didn't process it for 4 days making me very anxious that I wasn't going to receive it in time for Halloween. It came Saturday morning in the mail...whew! Other than that, everything was all good.
Cute costume
Costume is really cute. I ordered an x-small and it fits great (mind I'm only 100 lbs) but it's a bit tight on the chest. I wouldn't recommend this for girls with a big bust size unless you lower the zipper for a better fit. I had some trouble with the zipper because some of the material near the seam keeps getting caught. Length is not too bad as I'm only 5ft tall but I would still wear shorts or bloomers under in case the wind blows. Overall it's a sexy outfit. Outfit came with knee high socks and a whistle. Not disappointed for the price I paid for.

It fit awesomely the socks and everything that came with it all fit and I absolutely love it, it came in a timely manner, no waiting no issues Love it :D
