Had great hopes for this costume. I think the worst part is the hoops on the under dress have a mind of it's own. Does not want to fluff out, and keeps bending every which way. I solved the problem by buying another hoop for underneath. Also the way the sleeves are they keep wanting to suck up into dress. Our masquerade party is coming up in two weeks and I hope this dress will hold up...
