This skirt is really cute! It has an elastic, pull-on style waistband that is very comfortable and easy to get on and off. The material is light-wieght.
Cute skirt, runs large
This skirt is very cute and held up well through three Halloween parties. But I did have to take it in at the waist because it runs large and was falling down on me. Not a problem I normally have! It came in good condition - it just needed to be steamed to get out the packing wrinkles - and is good quality, better than I would have expected from the price.
HUGE!
Measurements are WAY smaller than actual. Also, made out of cheap material, and not a full circle. It is cuddly though.
