I am revising my review of the Costume Super Store to give it an excellent customer service review. When I first received the item - Swiss Miss Costume the item came as a four piece set. The blouse arrived without the lace trim on the blouse as pictured. Since I was leaving in 2 days for the ~Middle East, it wasn't possible to return it in time and I really needed this costume for an Oktoberfest event. Customer Service Supervisor, Shaina Brenner understood my concerns and offered a 20% discount to compensate me. I really appreciate this kind of customer service. Because of this resolution, I will most certainly return to their company for other purchases and will highly recommend this company to others. This is the way customer service should be!!!!! How does it fit?
Strong cigarette smoke smell when I opened the package. I am allergic. The size said M-L but the skirt fit like an XL and the vest like a small. I had to do major alterations to it, but it is cute and filled the bill. It is a little price-y for what you get, but that's the breaks sometimes.
