This costume is very cute and comfortable. I'd say it fits all the way up to a size 16 but still looked great on someone that is a size 8. The fabric is stretchy and flattering. The only thing that surprised me is that the yellow fabric of the skirt (the back) is see-through! Thankfully I noticed before I left the house! Prepare to wear a slip or shorts.
