Great Value
I feel the costume is a great value for the money.

Pro's:
Liked the fabric and colors.
Lace sleeves included on the jacket which I was not expecting.
Cute costume.
Hat is just cheap foam but it looks cute.

Con's:
Coat does arrive extremely wrinkled, will need to be dry cleaned or pressed prior to wear.
Belt, is very thin, cheap looking and not practical as it will not stay fastened on its own (need pin or tape).
Hat runs large.
Sleeve cuffs are a bit large and floppy, I used fabric tape to keep them down.

Overall, I am happy with the purchase. The jacket is cute, looks good with leggings as well as the shorts provided.

Go classy or spicy
I purchased this costume for Halloween 2010 and was planning on wearing it for an adult costume party but ended up wearing out trick-or-treating with the kids. Instead of wearing the little shorts that come with it, I chose some black leggings. I also wore a white tank top underneath the coat. The only complaints I have about the costume are about the belt, which is very cheaply made and doesn't stay tight, and the feather, you only get one and it doesn't look like it does in the picture. And, not a complaint, but the coat doesn't have any closures on it, so you have to attach one or depend on the belt to keep it closed for you.

Overall, great looking costume and, with other accessories, I accomplished the look I was going for.

Great costume
The costume was a definite hit and worked great for Halloween. The hot pants were not my thing and I wore tights instead along with a tank top under the jacket. It did come a bit wrinkled as other reviews have mentioned but it was not a huge issue to iron the wrinkles out.

One slight annoyance was the belt which did not really stay put, it kept getting very loose and moving around. I didn't want to necessarily safety pin it but that will probably be necessary the next time I wear the costume. Otherwise, it was a great success!
