Pretty good quality
This dress fit well and was well made. My daughter is tall and slim, so the dress was a little baggy under the arms. Otherwise, it fit perfectly. It was very well made for the price. The headband was not well made, but met our needs. The feather was not attached to the headband (at least not in the one we received). My daughter had to tuck it under the headband for it to stay up.

Oversized
Very nice costume!!!! We absolutely loved it!!! My daughter is a size 4 but it swallowed her. We gave it to her cousin who wears a size 8-9 and she fit perfect in it. We bought my daughter a different costume and they both looked beautiful for the 20's party.

Halloween costume
It looks better on even then in the pictures. Size run a little big, but something that you can then wear the next year! Very well made!
