omg my dog is super cute in this. He is a lab/aussie mix, about 70 lbs, and has a pretty long build (approx 33 inches from collar to base of tail) and the costume fits him perfectly. He isn't skinny or fat, and he had plenty of room to go either way on the girth. I would have ordered the XXL based on his weight/length, but the XXL was sold out so I ordered the XL. The costume is lined with satin which makes it more comfortable and less prone to slipping and pulling when he runs around in it. The banana hat stays on, and occasionally tilts to the side after he really tries to shake it off, but for the most part he left it alone and the entire outfit stayed on.
This is a really well built costume for the price, I will definitely buy this brand again.
