I just got this in the mail yesterday and it looks nothing like the picture nor the discription. It is made very small for like a small baby when it says that it can fit a child 2-8. It say's that it is made out of tulle but it feels so ruff like a fish netting material and the black ribbon on the bottom is falling off and it was sent that way. The picture makes it look very full and fluffy but is not, so do your self the favor and save your money on this item.
