The costume is what it says. I am really unclear why they put sizes on them. The 'small' costume is huge. Don't wash the costume before you use it . The costume is very stiff. If you wash it, the costume looses half of its color.

I think this costume was worth the price. My fiance and I went as matching prisoners. I am a women's size small and I knew this was a men's small so I was not surprised that it was a bit too large for me. I think it would equal a women's large. For some reason, the hat that came with this men's small was larger than what came with the men's extra large, so we switched hats.
