DO NOT USE BRANDS ON SALE! STOP NOW & FIND ANOTHER SITE TO ORDER FROM! We ordered the costume for our daughter for Halloween and they shipped us the costume in the wrong color (not what they advertised!) and with damaged boots. The boots were melted together. We have been fighting with them since then to get a refund. We were not allowed to talk to management when we called in, the service rep. refused to let us talk to anyone above him. The customer service is horrible! Each time we talked to someone at the company the rules on returns changed. We have had many successful orders through Amazon but this was a failure on Brands On Sale part. We would recommend you not use Brands On Sale for orders of any kind!
