I would have given this product a five; however for my personal purposes alterations had to be made. I had a modern day version of betsy ross in mind, with a shorter skirt and crenolyn added it was very cute. Good quality.

We purchased this for our granddaughter to wear at the 4th of July parade. Wonderful price and even better costume. She got compliments from everyone----one person even told her she had the best costume of the entire parade.
