This is super cute and lightweight mesh material. My dog did not mind wearing it. Unfortunately my puppy is growing fast and it no longer fits him, he's 50 pounds.
Small is VERY small
It's very cute, but runs extremely small. My dog weighs 7-8 pounds and is probably about 14 inches long and this was too small for her.
