Nice quality costume, comes with a hat just no tommy gun. I expected the stripes to be white but they were pink, look at the picture in big so you know what you are buying, my daughter was happy with it though !

I'm in California and I received my package in 2 days. The costume is surprisingly of good quality vs most costumes. My daughter loved it, except the hat is a little flimsy and does not hold a shape! Very content with my purchase!
