Great costume!
I purchased this for my teenaged sons. They are 5'10" or so and 180-ish. The Adult medium size fit them just fine. The fake leather part of the costume (brown) was, of course, all wrinkled when it arrived squished in the package. I was able to smooth it out by ironing on a low setting from the backside with a damp cloth. I think if you used a high heat the "fabric" would melt. So, be very careful! The white undergarment is very thin. You will need to wear shorts under it. The red cape is awesome. And, all the accessories that come with the costume are adjustable - the arm bands, the headband, the leg things...great stuff! The wrist covers are a little big but not overly so. The little kids at VBS this summer were very impressed with the "Roman soldiers" that came to see them.

Good enough, but misleading image.
So, this costume comes with the brown "armor" with the attached red cape, a white tunic for underneath which is kind of like a satin/silky sleep shirt for girls, two bicep circlets, two forearm bands, a headband, and 2 shin covers.

For reference: I am 5'9 and 170 lbs with an average-athletic build. I am not a muscle-bound gym rat, nor am I overweight. I have a solid frame with decent muscle mass. i bought the Medium and the fit of the tunic and armor pieces is just right.

Issues: The image makes it look like the front of the brown armor is a solid piece. It isn't. It's more like a set of ribbons that hang down so when you move they swing and the white tunic underneath shows through. Also, the armor is only for the front. The only thing covering your back end is the tunic and the cape. The tunic ties in the back with a strip of fabric which seems like it will work well enough. The bicep circlets are velcro fastened, so you have to awkwardly set them over...

The costume comes with everything in the picture except the Sword and the Sandals. I am 5'6 and weigh about 170 lbs and I got the medium and it fits fine. The "dress" portion actually goes all the way to my knees. In fact, the only part that gives it an actual "size" is the head hole on top. Everything else just "ties in the back." The quality is what you'd expect from Party City or any local party store. It's one of those "all in one" costumes that comes in a plastic bag. The leather is colored plastic and the items all velcro to fit your shape. The red cape and white under shirt are super thin polyester. But all that to say, for the price - you're getting something pretty decent. I am going to use this for a Kids Vacation Bible School story time at church. I wasn't "blown away" by it, but I was very satisfied with the purchase.
