I'm not sure about the description, but it seems like the superhero suit is not a 'green hornet' costume but the 'horned lantern' instead. Horned lantern is a chinese sidekick that shoots space stingers. He is the companion to another superhero Kato Lantern who uses green karate. THey are vigilante investigators that fight the space mafia in space. This costume should be showing him with a matching green fedora that gives him his sting laser powers.
