My boyfriends favorite wrestler of all times is Rowdy Rowdy piper and he decided to dress as him for Halloween this year. He initially was looking for some type of official kilt until he started seeing the prices. We found this one and for 20$ it was really worth it. It has an elastic band so the skirt will fit someone with a waist between 30 and 38.
Perfect for RRP costume!
I got high5's all day with this kilt and the shirt! I am ready to kick the million dollar man's butt!
