When I purchased this item, the written description claimed that the helmet was included. THERE IS NO HELMET. In fact, when it arrived the package specifically says that helmets are not included. I expected the rest of the costume to look cheap and terrible since it was inexpensive compared to other stuff out there so I wasn't upset about that but without a helmet this really just looks like an over-sized, cheap red sack. No way to tell that the wearer is supposed to be a "fireman." It could easily be the bottom half of a Santa suit if you just put a beard and red hat on.
I contacted the seller (Price Pros) and not only did they fail to change the description online even though they are fully aware that it is misleading and incorrect but they also said they would take a return. So I mailed it back and they NEVER GAVE ME MY REFUND despite my repeated attempts to contact them and resolve the matter.
Luckily, Amazon gave me my refund (thank you, Amazon) but the...
