At first, when I saw the price for the costume, I was pretty skeptical. $1200 dollars!?!?!?! Seems like a bit much for a polar bear costume, I thought to myself. Also, where was the 35 dollar shipping charge coming from? It's a costume...are they shipping it in that wooden crate they put the Ark of the Covenant in at the end of Indiana Jones? Regardless, I had to bite the bullet and buy the thing, as I had a big protest coming up for Greenpeace. The plan was to all dress up as polar bears and protest outside of Exxon headquarters! I already had the perfect phrase for my sign picked out: "Exxon Will Put a Hex On the Environment!"
Shipping was speedy and convenient. However, upon receiving the item, I quickly figured out why this costume cost 1200 dollars (plus 35 dollars shipping).
