Worthless
I ordered the Freddy Krueger Sweater with Chest of Souls and received it very quickly. However, the actual product is cheap.

The sweater itself is practically see-through and there is a bunch of the sweater gathered up and stitched together on one of the shoulders so it doesn't even sit right.

The "souls" part of the sweater is made of rubber-like material and is so cheesy looking that I doubt it would even make the kids I'm scaring think twice about it. Also, it was folded in so many directions in the package that I'm having to use weights to hopefully flatten it out enough to make it manageable. I would return it immediately but I'm only going to be wearing it a couple hours so I figured it's not even worth it. I'm throwing it away right after I'm done with it.

poor customer service
i ordered this sweater for my man for work... we both work a haunt. when i got an email saying my item had been sent i noticed that the email said the size of the sweater was a child size and i knew i had ordered an adult size. so the first thing i did was check my order in my amazon to make sure i was not the one who made a size mistake. i did order an adult size so i went back to my email to let them know they made a mistake. they responded with rudeness and refused to send me the item i ordered until i waited a week for my item to arrive , send it back and wait for them to get it , THEN send me the item i ordered in the first place. i explained to them that i needed my item when i ordered it because we have scares to do. they did not care. they emailed me back and said because i was being rude they would not be sending me ANY item. they were very rude and upset me to the point of being livid. i will never use this seller again
