Raggedy Ann at the Logger's Jubilee Parade!
This was a great costume to wear in the parade. Not too warm on a hot day, and loved by all. I recommend them making a drawstring for the bloomers. I had to safety pin them to so they wouldn't fall off, despite me being a size 10/12. I also added white gloves to the costume, which was a good idea since I shook hundreds of childrens and adults hands. I haven't washed it yet, and hope that the blue and white dress will not run together since they are attached...
Raggedy Ann Costume
I don't dress up for Halloween, but I needed something for a preschool party that was tasteful and modest. I came across Raggedy Ann and on a whim, ordered it. I wasn't expecting much, but this exceeded my expectations! Everything fit like it was supposed to and was very comfortable. I normally wear a medium (in a shirt), so there was a lot of room leftover in the dress area. I wear a size 10 in jeans and the bloomers were very comfortable (elastic waist will offer some "give" if need be). The hat/wig ran a little big, but it really isn't anything to complain about. The ONLY thing I didn't care for was the neck area, it seemed to be cut a little small. So I would suggest putting the dress on BEFORE putting on make-up, otherwise you might get make-up on the dress when trying to get your head through the smallish neck opening. :o)
