Very cute and festive!
I gave this to a coworker to wear at our holiday party while I wore a homemade costume. It was very windy that day and she had a Marlyn Monroe moment... The only reason this doesnt have five stars, the hoop skirt flips up when sitting and is so short youd better have tights and/or shorts underneath!
