Buy lots of double sided tape
This looks good but it runs small. It is very low cut and completely backless. I'm a B cup and the top is too small for me. I plan on wearing a cropped jacket and double sided tape to keep it in place. Also, it comes with the gloves so no need to buy those separately.

i just got my costume and i love it..the shade of blue is so pretty and it looks exactly like gaga's.
i ordered an xs, i'm only 5'2 and 96lbs, and it fits great.
it is completely backless which is great. the sleeves are puffy and there's a small cape-like thing but you can't see when your hair is loose.

the bottoms fit perfect, nothing hangs and there's no visible cracks when you bend over. the top however is tiny!
i'm only an A cup but they still want to come out!! the front is low cut, which is fine, but the boobs want to come out through the sides. i'll be in need of lots of double sided tape.
it comes with the gloves which are great but they are made for long alien fingers...haha..
i love it...now i'm just waiting for my wig :)

The clevage area could be a problem for some - but a great costume
I've been in love with this costume for months now but kept putting off buying it... I actually found it at WalMart the other day & it was only $35 so I bought it. Mine didn't come with the gloves unfortunately - but that does not reflect the content of this costume here.

But I have to agree with the other review, you definitely need double-sided tape. I bought a Medium (8-10) although some places it is listed as x-small, small & standard. I would guess that my medium would = standard. The bottom part fits fine, but the top isn't wide enough for my... 'girls', for lack of a better word. I too, am only a B cup but once you have the front v-plunge situated, you're popping out in the back. I think it's just that the shoulder straps cut too closely.
Unfortunately, my Halloween plans fell through so I really don't have anywhere to wear this, but I know if I had just a bit of tape to stick to each side of the top part, it would be fine. I still plan on keeping the costume...
