It's cute for what it is and for the price. However, even though it says "one size" here, the packaging says it only fits up to a size 10. I would say even less than that--it is on the small side. This may also depend on how tall you are and how comfortable you are with wearing something very short.
Short
It's really short, and it frays really easily. I wasn't expecting much, I was just wearing it to an 80's party, and it did the trick.
Seriously short
As in, doesn't cover your rear end. The picture is deceiving. Even over leggings this thing looked ridiculous-more like a fluffy belt than a skirt. I'm donating it to the local Nursery School for dress-up. (I'm a size 10, 5 foot 6 inches tall.)
