I'm a little disappointed with this parachute. It looks pretty and is a cute idea, but it's quite fragile (thin silk) and the ball at the base is not sewn into the holder, so it can easily become separated from the chute and lost. Also, it takes significant strength to throw the parachute high enough in the air for it to sail down sweetly and be any fun to watch - more strength and height than most small children have. Better for older children or those that will have adults with them to throw the chute up for them.
