My husband typically wears 2x or 3x and this costume is a good option for a man this size. The belt is very cheap quality so we will replace it but otherwise this costume is good for the price which is better on Amazon than in any of the costume stores I checked out.
Good costume
My husband is a bigger guy (6'2" and wears a 50 or 52 coat) and this costume fit him well. Yes, it's not the greatest material in the world, and as others have said, the belt is worthless. But it is a good costume for a bigger guy who wants to be a pirate for Halloween. He looked great in it.
CUTTHROAT PIRATE
This costume is everything it should be...the pants are extremely large but with a few small alterations, easily fixed...quality is good and should last for years to come.
